Lonsdale Creek Daycare is happy to receive resumes from any qualified Early Childhood Educator (ECE) supervisors who are currently looking for work or who are anticipating requiring work in the future. Infant Toddler training completed or in process would be an asset. We welcome applicants from a variety of training backgrounds (Theme Learning/Learn Though Play/Montessori/Reggio Emilia) as we feel this enriches our program and helps us create interesting and challenging environments for our children. The staff at Lonsdale Creek Daycare Centres has a long history of training and expertise from many different educational institutions.

Staff from these educational backgrounds are required to have an ECE Certificate from Victoria, First Aid and CPR Certificates, written and phone references and a current Criminal Record Check.

We have one of the best staff benefit packages available and make contributions to an RRSP. We promote employee training, paying half of theory costs for workshops and full payment for under-three training whenever possible. We also provide under-three practicum experience for our staff as well as for students from colleges.
